At auteon we focus on building the most user-centric product for car repair shops. We help them to order faster, cheaper and better.
As a Partner Manager at auteon you will revolutionize the automotive aftermarket and enable all market participants to freely access the market and to work closely together. As part of a dynamic team with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you will be responsible to collaborate with our existing partners, further develop and nurture sustainable partnerships and expand our network with leading brands and strong partners. In doing so, you will contribute to a fundamental part of our vision, mission and growth strategy.

Your field of activity and area of responsibility

  • You will dive deep into our product and its underlying technologies to become an expert of our core, key features as well as unique advantages in order to inspire our partners in the best possible way.
  • By asking the right questions and understanding the motivation and needs of our partners, you will be an essential link for our product management team to continuously advance one level further.
  • With your keen sense for the conception and operative implementation of partner strategies, you create attractive benefits to empower our workshop customers and support our sales team to continuously expand the usage of our marketplace.
  • Through a structured acquisition, onboarding and proactive exchange with our partners, you will continuously expand our trusting network. You will further identify and develop measures by asking the right questions, understanding motivations and needs to ensure partner success accordingly.
  • You will continuously monitor the success of your measures with key figures and regularly identify new sales opportunities with market and potential analyses, thereby opening up growth areas.

Your qualifications for the position 

  • You are familiar with the automotive aftermarket and have already gained experience in the cooperation with stakeholders from trade, industry, etc.
  • You have proven experience as a partner or key account manager with a sales focus in the area of digital products and are familiar with the current methodologies and tools.
  • It is a plus if you already have experience in a startup (early stage).
  • You have a pragmatic mindset and you work hands-on, agile and solution-oriented. Your technical understanding helps you to understand business requirements of your partners and pass them on accordingly to internal stakeholders.
  • You have a clear sales mindset and the ability to communicate complex topics in a target group-oriented manner to less technically experienced groups of people, to explain them in a comprehensible way and to inspire them. 
  • Furthermore, you bring a large portion of ambition and engagement in sales & communication with you and ensure with personal commitment that we achieve our goals together.
  • You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English.
