As Customer Success Manager at auteon, you will revolutionize the automotive aftermarket together with us. As part of a dynamic team with a strong entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset, you will work to bring our mission to life and act as a "single point of contact" to provide end-to-end customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your field of activity and area of responsibility
  • You supervise and support customers regarding the utilization and further development of our Saas tool - auteon
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and establish a long-term successful customer relationship
  • You are responsible for the preparation and execution of webinars and trainings
  • You actively contribute to the improvement of our products by supporting our product development with customer feedback and performing system & usability tests as part of our quality management
  • You will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with your customers, create proposals and present new products and features to customers
  • You work closely with the sales and marketing team to grow our customer base
Your qualifications for the position
  • Ideally first verifiable experience in the area of B2B customer support/success, technical customer consulting or Key Account Management
  • Knowledge about Aftersales Automotive would be a plus (not mandatory)
  • Your style is hands-on and pragmatic/streetsmart, you work agile, independent & solution-oriented and your technical understanding helps you to capture customer requirements and needs by asking the right questions and derive actions
  • You are very customer- and solution-oriented and enjoy communicating and explaining complex processes in a target group-oriented way to less technically experienced groups of people
  • Business fluent German and good English skills
  • Ideally based in Berlin/Munich (100% Remote possible)
